About the job

As a Front Office Host, you are the first point of contact for our tenants, members and visitors. With a warm welcome, genuine hospitality and a keen eye for detail, you make everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive.

No two days are the same. One moment you're preparing meeting rooms, the next you're assisting a tenant with an operational request or supporting an event. Together with your colleagues and our on-site partners, you ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing our tenants, members and visitors to focus on what matters most.

You can choose the region you'd like to work in: Amsterdam, Utrecht or Rotterdam. Within your chosen region, you'll work across several Frame Offices locations while having one permanent home location. This offers plenty of variety while allowing you to build strong relationships with your colleagues and the people who work in our buildings.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and assisting tenants, members, visitors and suppliers.
Providing a warm and professional welcome at reception.
Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring everything is perfectly arranged.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, members and visitors.
Working closely with our on-site hospitality, events and fitness partners.
Organising community activities, events and networking drinks.
Ensuring the shared spaces are always presented to the highest standard.
Managing incoming post and handling emails and telephone enquiries.
Keeping the pantries well-stocked, tidy and welcoming.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to a five-star service experience.
Managing the community app and sharing relevant updates with our members.

What we're looking for

You can choose the region you'd like to work in: Amsterdam, Utrecht or Rotterdam.
You have previous experience in hospitality, front office or a similar customer-facing role.
You communicate confidently and professionally in both Dutch and English.
You're naturally hospitable, solution-oriented and enjoy making people feel welcome.
You take initiative, work independently and stay organised, even when things get busy.

What you can expect from us

A competitive salary of €2,450–€2,800 gross per month, based on a 40-hour working week and depending on your experience.
25 days of annual leave based on a full-time contract.
